I'm so glad you asked! The Breakfast Club is a group of students - 7th and 8th graders - who get together and discuss good
books! If you are a reader, if you're having trouble finding good books, or if you just want to try it out, come to a
Breakfast Club meeting!

Do I have to "join" to come to the meetings? No! There is no official membership in Breakfast
Club. You can come to every meeting, some meetings, or only one!
- When does BC meet? We meet at 7:15 on Early Release Days (see Calendar Post to come)
- Where does BC meet? Mrs. Stones' room, C13 in the 7th grade Voyager pod

What should I bring? You don't have to bring anything, but it's recommended you bring something to share
for breakfast. Popular items include donuts, cinnamon rolls, biscuits, etc. Juice is also popular, but please remember to
bring cups if you bring drinks. I always provide plates and napkins. You may also bring the book you are reading, or a
good book you'd like to recommend.

Why should I come to BC? Have you ever read a really good book and thought, "I can't wait to tell
someone about this book!"? Well, the BC is a place for you to share! It's great if you like to read, it's even great
if you don't!

Why did you start BC? I started BC for several reasons. First, I love to read. Second, I love to hear
students talk about books they love. Unfortunately, there's not always time to discuss these books during class, so I
created this club with the idea that students could come together twice a month and discuss good books. Third, breakfast
is my favorite meal!
