In order to better facilitate conversation, events, communication, and friendships, an e-mail group has been created just for WRHS Wrestling parents, wrestlers, and supporters! We not only invite you to join, but strongly recommend it! It’s a great way to stay informed, ask questions, support the team, and “get stuff done”!

Signing up for breakfasts

You will need to be at the school at Weigh-In time. Please bring these items with you:

1 Gallon Milk
Gallon Orange Juice
1 dozen Bagels
6 Pieces of Fruit (Apples, Bananas &/or Oranges)

Set-Up: If you are the first one to arrive at the school, go to the storage area in the wrestling room and pick up the breakfast container(s), the paper sack with the appropriate date on it, and one bar of cream cheese out of the refrigerator. Set these items out in the teachers lounge. The wrestlers will filter in after they weigh. Items in the paper bag can be distributed to the wrestlers to eat now, or they can take for later.

Clean-Up: All non-perishable items that came out of the containers are to be put back in the container and placed back in the storage area. Perishables can either be taken home with you, or can be placed in the teachers’ refrigerator. Fruit snacks, breakfast bars, or other “individually wrapped” items can be sent with the wrestlers for later. Please wipe down the tables, pick up the trash, and leave the room as clean as it was when you arrived.

If supplies are running low, please contact Gordon Shipley and let him know which items are running low (cereal, peanut butter, paper items, etc.)

If you are unable to fulfill your assignment, please find someone else to fill in for you. You can ask for assistance by emailing Gordon and/or calling other parents.
