Thank you for your interest in learning more about FMP! We are excited about this opportunity to Juniors and
Seniors that are looking for a way to make the transition to WRHS a fun and welcoming experience for Freshmen. Upperclassmen
will provide support and leadership in many ways, but our focus will be on building relationships in the Freshmen Advisory
class. In this class the mentors will engage Freshmen in interactive and informative activities that will help them learn why
WRHS is a great place to be.

well as a parent/guardian and returned to the Guidance Office asap. These forms were included in the "New Mentor Application". Returning Mentors do not need to turn in another form. Substance Abuse Card Code of Conduct
