cards, and SAT practice tests.
This test is available to
sophomores and juniors. Sophomores take this test for practice. For juniors it
is the National Merit Qualifying Test. Our students who are recognized as
National Merit and Commended Scholars are designated as such based upon their PSAT
score their junior year. It is recommended for students in the top 15-20% of
their class. In order to take the test, students must sign up in the Guidance
Office from September 19th - September 30th. The cost is $15. Sophomores who choose
to take the PSAT will take the PLAN test at a later date.
This test is administered
to all sophomores. It is a practice test for the ACT as well as the
standardized test designated for all sophomores. There is no fee. If a student
is absent during the test, they will need to make it up at a later date.
