| Coach Bordewick is beginning his 3rd year as the head varsity coach and his 18th season with the Washburn Rural Lady Blues. Bordewick began his teaching career at 1A Randolph-Blue Valley, where he was the assistant football, assistant boys' basketball, and assistant track coach for two years before becoming the head volleyball, head girls' basketball, and head girls' track coach in his final three years there. He was named the head boys' basketball coach at 3A Oskaloosa for two years and was also the freshman volleyball coach for one year. Bordewick came to Washburn Rural in the fall of 1993. |
