About Us

The Washburn Rural High School Bank was created during the 2005-2006 school year to give students the experience of working in a business related environment during school. It was also created for the students of Washburn Rural High School to become more fiscally sound in their decision making.

Students are able to open an account with a $10 minimum deposit, which will be deposited into their newly created account. The WRHS Bank allows student to deposit and withdraw funds at any time during their designated lunch period. There is no minimum balance on student's savings accounts.
