This is my 14th year teaching math at Washburn Rural Middle School. This is my first year on the All Star team and teaching Algebra.  I was on the Eclipse team for 13 years. I feel very blessed to teach at such a wonderful school, with such an outstanding group of teachers. I am a Topeka native, having graduated from Shawnee Heights High School in 1992. I got my education degree from Washburn University in 1996.
My husband, Brennan Wilcox, and I got married in 2000. We have two boys that keep us busy all the time. Alex is 6, and attends 1st gradeat Shawnee Heights Elementary School. Aidan is 4 and keeps me busy with his boisterous personality.
