I was born and raised in the Topeka area. I started attending the Auburn-Washburn District in 5th grade at Pauline South. I
attended Middle School at Jay Shideler, and graduated from Washburn Rural. From there, I went on to Washburn University to get
my teaching degree.I have been teaching for the last 15 years. I have three daughters who attend McCarter Elementary. Kylie and
Kendal are 5 years old and are in Kindergarten, Payton is 10 years old and in 5th grade. I enjoy reading, riding bikes with my
girls, and spending time with my family, most of whom live here as well.
