Biography
Mrs. Gallaway graduated from Seaman High School in 1981 and received her degree in Elementary Education from Washburn University. She taught at Shawnee Heights Elementary School-Pettit Building from 1988 to 1998. During her years at Shawnee Heights, she felt the need to further her education to ensure that she taught all of her students the best she could. She began her studies in learning disabilities from Emporia State University in 1993 and finished her Masters in 2000. Mrs. Gallaway married Dale Gallaway in 1995 and had the opportunity to stay at home from 1998 to 2004 to begin her family. Mr. and Mrs. Gallaway have two sons.
