Biography
I am thrilled to be a Mustang! This is my 7th year as an elementary school counselor, but my first at Wanamaker. Previously, I was the school counselor at Jay Shideler Elementary, and then made my way north on Wanamaker Road to join the Stampede here at WE! I spent the first 7 years of my career in education as a high school English and Spanish teacher. That means this marks my 14th year in the field. Whew! Time does fly!

My husband and I live in the Wanamaker district along with my daughter who has been a student at WE since kindergarten. We also have 4 pets that take a lot of time, but that give us lots to laugh about. When I am not busy taking care of them or my family, I like to read, garden, and spend time with friends.
